If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Place the sneakers in their original dust bag and box, then secure them inside a shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location. Your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
